Insurance
We offer several payment options for families who receive our services.
Insurance billing:
In-network – with Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.
Out-of-network – with all others. Full fee due at the time of the visit, then we can submit the claim for your reimbursement, or we provide you with a superbill to submit with your claim.
No insurance? – Pre-pay or installment plans are available.
To verify your insurance benefits please click on the button below. You’ll be taken to the Favored Medical Billing website where you’ll find a search bar to the left of a button labeled “verify now.” Just enter in “milk spot” and you’ll see a prompt to select and click the button. Once there you fill out the form, submit, and we will respond to you with your benefits as soon as possible.

During your visit, our IBCLC will review your health history, discuss your concerns, complete an assessment including visual inspection of your baby and your breasts, evaluation of your baby’s mouth and suckling skills, answer your questions and develop a care plan with you.
